"The hotel is tastefully decorated, with little airplane themes everywhere. It’s well done! The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms, while a bit dark, are comfortable. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap, which is great. I failed to get decent sleep as the room was warm, but that was likely in my control. The restaurant food was pretty good and reasonably priced. My primary complaints were: (1) only 1 out of 3 elevators were operational, (2) the toilet needed to rest for a long time...

"Efficient stay for Heathrow - with a short walk to the train to London (ticket approx £20 for a zone 1-9 day card). Parking was $25 so if you factor those two things in your daily budget and then need a quick way to the airport then this was an excellent place to stay for a few nights. "

Rooms were very comfortable though we did find the pillows a little to thick and the route to the room (21) on the top floor is not for the unfit as no lift.
