"This is the worst hotel ever known. The beds are filthy with stains all over the frames and mattress. The rooms we originally booked were given to other people so we were given another room in the loft with holes on the wall and tape and spider webs everywhere. The man running the place looked like he had never seen a shower before and we watched him dry the sheets and towels outside on the benches. I asked for towels multiple times and he eventually gave me two damp stinky towels. The bathroom...

"It was fantastic! Honestly I cannot fault it, the only thing I’d suggest is a thin mattress topper so that you can’t feel the buttons on the mattress. Staff were lovely, everything in the room you could want. I appreciated the little bottle of semi skimmed milk in the fridge, and bottles of water!"

"Lovely staff, lovely room but total utter disaster of a stay!!! I’ve travelled ALOT! This has to be the worst room EVER!!!! What seemed like right on top of a karaoke bar! I had earplugs but you could still feel the base thumping through the floor until midnight! I may aswell have gone down stairs & tried to sleep on the dance floor!!!"

"I was really happy with our stay. The place is a sports bar pub. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It’s a little old pub and absolutely perfect for our 2 night stay to watch the game at twickenham. Two of us stayed in the hayloft and had a perfectly nice stay"
