"It was definitely NOT soundproof. We could hear the muffled conversations of people in the room next door and a lot of noise from the street from people who had very much enjoyed the Christmas market gluhwein. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel was lovely. Staff were kind and helpful. "

We had two rooms, one with a twin bed for our oldest daughter and a balcony, and the second with a baby cot for our youngest daughter and a pretty city view of the cathedral in town. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Strasbourg. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the services provided were top-notch. However, I did have one small issue. On my last day, I had to leave early in the morning and was disappointed that there was no option for a breakfast bag to go. It would have been a nice touch to have something to take with me for my early departure."

"We went to Strasbourg at the height of the Christmas Market season. The Hotel Rohan could not have been more in the center of it. This proved to be both convenient and frustrating. Convenient because you walk out the door to a wonderful winter wonderland of food, gift and drink stalls. Frustrating because it’s sooooo busy, sometimes you have a literal struggle walking down the narrow street to the hotel.
