The hotel is clean, modern, and recently renovated, with stylish and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially with parking arrangements, which come at a reasonable fee. "Lovely hotel with an authentic Austrian vibe and beautiful staff. A very easy 15minute walk into central Vienna made it a perfect location. Room was always cleaned impeccably. Breakfast was also lovely . Small offering of hot food , a great variety of pastries and cakes, plus cheeses, cold meat, yoghurt, cereal and fruit. We always felt well looked after here and would stay again when we next visit Vienna."
