"We were unaware there was a charge for parking At the hotel until checkout. We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed for two days during our stay. The Caboose staff seemed poorly trained as he was unaware of drinks listed on the menu and where to find ingredients. He also had difficulty charging it to our room with the computer. Upon arrival, Cory’s assistance, orientation and welcome was exceptional. "

"This is a lovely spot right in the heart of Chattanooga. The service is terrific, and the people were so helpful after a long day of driving. The onsite restaurant and coffee shop are great amenities. "
