"Staff were lovely at reception despite having an overwhelming number of people checking in at the same time. The hotel was comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The hotel is a little tired and does need a little attention. We had a superior room which had an amazing view of the beach. Spa facilities were lovely, highly recommend using this. "We had the luxury room and it was really spacious! Amazing value for the price. Areas of improvement are the length of time it took to get the room refreshed. If you are staying over then the rooms are done last. The amenities are also nailed to the wall in the shower so they are difficult to use in the bath. Reception gave me some spares. "The room was a fair size. It was rather hot but you can turn the radiator off. It is on a main road and there is a lot of traffic noise. But it is nice and clean and the staff are helpful. They did us bacon sandwiches to go instead of having to sit down for breakfast. "
