"We have stayed in this hotel on two different occasions when travelling from the UK back home and it has always been a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, cosy and spacious whilst the bathroom had a good quality shower and other amenities. The breakfast was varied; the best compliment I can raise is that our three year old had a fun time choosing from the wide variety of options and enjoyed it very much."

"Baggage drop-off & check-in was fairly easy. Staff were helpful, but got bag tags mixed up. Thankfully the other people, whose bags were brought to us, were also standing there. It was quickly sorted. Outside areas of hotel are dirty & could be maintained a little better. Outside entrances should also have signage. From the outside, it's not quick & easy to determine where the entrances are. We didn't even know about the second entrance until after we checked in. Check-out wasn't explained at...

"The ambiance of the hotel was very nice and the staff very attentive. The evening meal I had (Fish & Chunky Chips) was very nice, if a little on the large size (not complaining though). The room was beginning to show that it needed a refresh - even though it was comfortable. The bathroom had a sink that did not hold water for very long (seconds), the toilet seat needed tightening up, as it moved when sitting, and the bath tap dripped, loud enough for it to be heard each time I got up to visit...

"The surrounding areas of the hotel is clean, well maintained. Walking along the canal watching the beautiful houses and yacht. Hotel had a Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Evening Meal lots of exciting choices. All staff very friendly and helpful. The chefs are also helpful about where and how to get to there."
