I don't know his name but he was completely incompetent, did not know the city at all and even gave me wrong information. He did not even kn ow the museums...

"Stayed 2 nights asa stopover from Amsterdam toward London. The hotel itself was conveninently located right above Brussel-Midi, where the Eurostar and local trains were all located, and 2-3 train/tram stops away from the main city centre where all the sights were. This location is the main reason why we stayed and I would say the convenience is much recommended to folks who want a short and convenient stay in Brussels. The room itself was fine and served its purpose."
