"The staff was amazing and so friendly. Every question they quickly responded with a smile. Front desk and valet were so helpful and with having children with me, they got us checked in quickly and were so accommodating. We can't wait to come back and stay again!"

"all staff were nice. The housekeeper on the way my room showed us a shortcut through the door for the stair. Lol Room was clean, bathroom was spacious-no tub but a seperation from the sink. Walkable to the Reading Terminal Market, the main road to take buses including the Phlash, and metro/rail stations. Also there was 7/11 nearby. Willing to stay again when I visit Philly."

"We stayed overnight to see a show at the Kimmel Center. Very short walk. Everyone on the staff was very pleasant. They offered ( and we accepted) delicious, warm cookies upon our arrival. Nice touch!"
