"Nice hotel. Clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. There is no pool, hot tub anything like that but they list it as a resort?"

"I was in the city with friends for a concert! We had a great time and our venue and a bunch of bars were within walking distance! The concierge even hooked us up with rooms right next to each other even though we didn’t ask for it so that was really nice! Very clean room. Only complaints I had was the bed is a little too firm for my taste and the bath didn’t have stopper so I couldn’t partake in a bath. But overall, nice comforting experience."

"Friendly staff and clean rooms. I do wish there were drawers for clothing and a place in the bathroom to stash toiletries. Otherwise nice hotel with comfy beds."

"We think either one of us should have been permitted to check in. It's never happened that only one of us could check in. We made the reservations together. We've been coming to KC off and on for the past 30 years and have stayed here when it was known as the Sheraton. We were disappointed with that. The pool and fitness center were really great! I really don't want to start a Peloton account, so pleased that I could bike without one. Our dog Barney really enjoyed his stay. The staff is so nice...
