"The pool and sauna were gorgeous! I loved all the plants inside and being able to see the snow outside. However, our particular room seemed to have some areas that were missed when cleaning and some concerning ceiling cracks above our shower. "

"The staff was nice and helpful. There were a couple of staff that were a little passive aggressive. The room was clean but when we asked for room service they didn't vacuum. It was a busy weekend so the elevators took a while at times. Our stay was mostly positive. "
