"We got stranded in Kansas City due to the winter storm. Luckily we were able to book a room here. They had an airport shuttle that was running even as everything else was shutting down. Check in was smooth, especially as a lot of people were calling and checking in. The employees were friendly and attentive. "The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us plenty of towels. The coffee was good. There wasn't much for breakfast, nothing hot. The floors looked like they had not been swept. It took a long time to get hot water. There was trash in one trash basket in our room when we got there. But we enjoyed our stay. "

"Overall it was a very nice hotel. I had the basic room and i was very impressed. The only issue i had was getting the shower hot. It never got to a hot temperature to actually enjoy a shower. Outside of that it was an amazing hotel and i definitely pplan on staying again. Thank you!"
