On arrival, several small things didnt work properly (chair broke when pulled to sit, light switch also broken, sofa bed slat broken, small area of bedroom had a weird smell). The staff called someone quickly to fix what they could and were super helpful. Its a great quiet location near an easily accessible area. Just wish the rooms were in better condition. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable."

"This apartment and listing are a scam. When I messaged about getting a crib for the apartment, they told me that it was going to be twice as much as it said in the listing. When I pointed this out, they admitted their mistake and went by the listed price. We wanted to check in about 19 hours late so that we would have somewhere to land with our toddler after an overnight flight. We were told that this wasn't possible and that we would have to check in a day late with no refund for that first...

"Weak internet - this place does not have hard wired internet like every other apartment rental anyone has ever stayed in. They have a cellular hotspot. Definitely not suitable for videoconferencing or even reliable wifi calling. Toilets do not flush properly - I doubt this will be fixed as this issue was the subject of other review dating back over two years. On the positive side, nice location and nice space in general. "

"There were a few minor snags with things that didn’t work the best, but nothing major. Loved the area, loved the flat, lots of space and amenities and talking to Cindy was very easy. She was very helpful and took care of us well. Very clean and nice location. Wish the key nest was a tiny bit closer, but still not a big deal and easy to get keys! Would recommend staying there!
