"Great stay at the mercure London Bridge. Location was excellent for what we needed (an afternoon tea @the royal exchange and a visit the following day to borough market). Gus on reception was particularly helpful, our first room was too hot (we didn’t realise the window could open - but nonetheless Gus was happy to provide us with an alternative, cooler room. "

"Weak internet - this place does not have hard wired internet like every other apartment rental anyone has ever stayed in. They have a cellular hotspot. Definitely not suitable for videoconferencing or even reliable wifi calling. Toilets do not flush properly - I doubt this will be fixed as this issue was the subject of other review dating back over two years. On the positive side, nice location and nice space in general. "

"There were a few minor snags with things that didn’t work the best, but nothing major. Loved the area, loved the flat, lots of space and amenities and talking to Cindy was very easy. She was very helpful and took care of us well. Very clean and nice location. Wish the key nest was a tiny bit closer, but still not a big deal and easy to get keys! Would recommend staying there! Thank you!"

"These apartments are in a great location. They were quiet, clean and the two bedroom was large and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Prices below what we expected to pay for London. Check in, check out was easy and quick."
