"Loved the property. It was beautifully decorated, and had everything you could possibly need. We have stayed with five star stays before, so this wasn’t the first time and won’t be the last. "Excellent service and dinner. Stay spoiled by excessive room noise from external doors and commerical bin banging in the hotel yard outside our room, and from what we think was the kitchen extractor fan running loudly through the night. I wouldn't recommend a room at the rear of the hotel."

"Unfortunately not a perfect stay which was very disappointing with it being my husband’s birthday, booked through Hotels.com so not allowed to use the pool unless we paid £45 each, I have never heard of this before.The rooms are very nice but paying £5 for nut or crisps is ridiculous. The breakfast was very underwhelming with minimal choice, awful cold poached eggs, cold plates, weak coffee, all left me feeling very sick! Not worth £291 for one night. "
