"It is our second time at Wentworth really enjoyed our stay we had evening meals the food was excellent as was the accommodation the staff are very friendly we will be going back again in a few weeks cannot wait thank you to everyone for a wonderful time"

"Room clean and tidy Decorated lovely BUT Got there 6pm Friday night Rang bell for 15 minutes no answer Went for tea Rang bell for another 15 minutes then another resident let us in Tried phoning went to answer phone After about 20 minutes a man came and we eventually got our key No apology Very bad service "

"Upon arrival no staff was to be seen, but was polite and showed us to our rooms. A few hazards on entry grates raised up on tile flooring at entry ( trip hazard) lift doesnt work. We was there two nights no fresh towels or bedding. Had to buy our own toilet roll. Cleaness needs a good clean over, walls had stains, carpets need a good clean. Overall was warm, comfy. Its a hotel that would have alot of potential or would benefit a good make over. Pictures arent a true image of the hotel people are...
