"Checkin was great, the staff were accomodating & helpful except for room service or the lack of any food service. I called for room service and was told to call back in 5 mins, so I did & the 2nd call was again I was told to call back. So if you stay here dont expect any efficiency room service cos they won't call back or provide any food"

"Everything was great! Nice, polite, and friendly staff. Location is awesome. The only thing we noticed was on 11th Floor the smell on the corridor like sewage all over that floor but not in the room! The other thing, SPA facility is very limited and don't expect a professional one! Overall we would definitely recommend to stay here."

"We arrived early and I do understand checkin was an 3pm. I appreciate this is a rule however it was well after 3 pm when we were able and to check in. Other couple we were travelling with were check in an hour before us. The hotel itself was lovely as most Marriotts are. Just a small numb of front end staff could have been more attentive. "
