The front door was jammed shut & I couldn't open the door. The thought of being trapped in a room was quite scary in the case of fire in not being able to open the door. "We love staying at the Newcastle Holiday Inn Express IHG. Every thing is clean, comfortable, convenient for our purposes. The staff are always very lovely, friendly and helpful at all times. We often stay due to medical appointments in Newcastle area. We love the location as we are close to medical, and clise enough to the harbour to be able to get out and excerise and enoy the beautiful harbour foreshore walk ways.
