Room was very warm even with windows open and unfortunately I didn’t sleep well because of this. We were really disappointed that the TV in our room wasn’t working - spoke to a staff member who said they would come and have a look but they didn’t show up. Called reception at least 4 times but no answer. The TV wouldn’t turn back off either so was left with the light of that through the...
