"We had some problem in our first room and they immediately moved us to a better room. The only concern we have is that there is no 'non-skid' mat on the bath tub, there is no holding bar to hold on to. It is slippery when wet. Please provide rubber mat on the tub to prevent accident. "Directions led to the summer entrance instead of winter entrance, Fecal matter marks in the toilet, hair on the bathroom floor, holes in the bed sheets, furniture very cheap and needing replaced, the shower had mold all around the caulking. But, the view to the river was good with a balcony. I asked to be moved to another room because it was not sufficiently cleaned. I was moved to a room with no balcony.
