"I would recommend this hotel for the price but there are some flaws. It is very dated and does not look fresh. The rooms are better than the lobby. My check in was not the smoothest but not why I would give this hotel bad marks. My disappointment lies completely with the bad service, information and horrible attitude I got from the concierge. I don't know his name but he was completely incompetent, did not know the city at all and even gave me wrong information. He did not even kn ow the museums...

"The decor and ambience was perfect! Chilled, cosy and inviting all around the hotel with a nice vibe buzzing with relaxed and interesting guests. TOPE on the roof was a great little Taco paradise with chilled music and great cocktails. The rooms although smaller than anticipated (stayed in Roomy Bath) were clean, with great athestics and a great comfortable bed, and bathroom was great too! Above all else, the staff were great. Helpful, attentive and would go above and beyond!"

"Perfect location for walking to the sights or catching public transit. Front desk staff was oriented and very kind and helpful. Despite food menu at the bar area I was told there is no food available (there is a nice cafe for breakfast) so drinks but no food to go with. Nice room - very well appointed with plenty of towels!! "Stayed 2 nights asa stopover from Amsterdam toward London. The hotel itself was conveninently located right above Brussel-Midi, where the Eurostar and local trains were all located, and 2-3 train/tram stops away from the main city centre where all the sights were. This location is the main reason why we stayed and I would say the convenience is much recommended to folks who want a short and convenient stay in Brussels. The room itself was fine and served its purpose."
