"Lovely hotel. Issue with the first room which toilet didn’t flush and the second had no air conditioning so upgraded to a penthouse suit on top floor. Great service. Lovely rooms. Massive bed! Would stay again."

"The location is convenient for travelling, just next to Hammersmith Tube Station. The hotel room is clean and roomy enough for a couple. Although it is next to a flyover, we're not disturbed by external noise, perhaps it's due to room facing away from it. The one negative is that the mini bar wasn't cooling and smelled strongly of curry. We did mention to staff but this wasn't sorted despite us staying for 4 nights. However, we will still recommend this hotel for its convenience of travel and...

"Sir/Madam Only thing that seemed a bit different was the cost of a continental breakfast. Seemed out of line with other offers while touring the UK. The price offered to children seemed more reasonable. Other than this our stay was great and we will return, but not eating breakfast if it remains at this price! Cheers Dave"

"Hotel was very nice. Staff and check-in were extremely slow, no point in offering online check in if the staff are unable to do it. Health club was also closed and this did not say on the website prior to arrival and no alternative was offered."

"Convenient for early morning flights. Comfortable bed and quiet. We found the connection to other terminals via trains too time consuming and got a taxi to Terminal 5 in the morning. Front desk can order the taxi for you the night before."

"Great comfortable room, excellent staff, breakfast was very good, public areas were clean and nicely furnished. Overall a great hotel. The exterior looks a bit dated, but inside, it is very modern. Good underground parking too, although the spaces are quite small. Will definitely visit again!"

"Wonderful and friendly staff (front of staff, dining and bar team were all a credit to the hotel.) The food was delicious and the hotel team went above and beyond. We required an extra cup for our room and it was promptly rectified. Very close to airport with a shuttle service for a good price. Would highly recommend. "

"Our 1 night stay was good. Reception very friendly and helpful. This is a decent place to stay, ok, a little tired here and there but, comfortable and does its job very well. The drinks and food expensive (didn’t try) as we think this large hotel is used by business customers, probably on expense accounts. Set in large grounds away from town youll need to drive if you wish to eat elsewhere."
