"I chose this place last minute due to flight cancelation. The service and courtesy of staff is top notch. The place is very clean and super affordable where you can have a room between 30-50 dollars. There is a massage palor that operates 24/7 directly behind the hotel. I got a 90 minutes massage for 10 usd. The breakfast was tasty, nice portion and affordable. There is lots of option to dine elsewhere . You can also exchage money on site."

"This is our 6th or more times we've stayed at this hotel. We've noticed that the room has gotten smaller & tightier. We used to have robes, slippers, combs, shampoos & conditioners. But we've noticed some of those items were missing. "

"There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

"Customer service was really good during my stay however, the smell of the comfort room was such a big turn-off for us. There was a lingering poop smell inside the comfort room, even when we haven't used it yet. The room itself did not smell that good too - it was like there was still a smell of fresh paint."

"The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again."

"Everthing was great there except for the only reason four star on condition is because whoever stayed in room before me broke the shower sprayer handle holder , so the handheld shower head not stay in holder, kept on falling out. Otherwise great place to stay."
