"It is a high quality stay for the price! Everyone is friendly and helpful there. They make you feel right at home. There is free wifi (unlimited) which is hard to find in the Philippines. "The room was ok. But the Bathroom/Toilet was not. Water stays on the floor due to leakage from the bathroom and floor wasnt leveled. The mirror was dirty as if it wasnt cleaned for a while. The aircondition was full of dirt. I was disappointed as well that the location was not the same with what they have shown on the map in Hotels.com. and they also said there that it is a 10 minute walk to SM but it wasnt. It actually 2km away from SM. "
