"Friendly staff, clean… overall great experience."

"It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

"Fantastic stay, staff were very kind and noticed it was my partners birthday on check in from reviewing their passport and brought a bottle of sparkling to the room. Maria in the rooftop bar was very accomodating and made sure we enjoyed our holiday. "

"This property delivered on all the images they offer in their profile. Contemporary, clean, great staff, and great experience. The 1 thing is that is somewhat remote from the dunes or town. If you prefer all inclusive - a great option. Otherwise reception will call you a taxi within minutes."

"Just spent a fantastic 5 days here in Sept 2024. The hotel really is fantastic. The spa (and treatments) is excellent. The two main pools are really big and the pool exercise and fashion shows were really good. The small shops in the hotel were great too. Food/restaurants were brilliant. I really can't recommend the Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa highly enough! "

"Walking holiday Camino de Santiago de Gran Canaria. This was second night of our walk it was an excellent place to stay and the Spa facilities were a treat for our tired legs. We ate a the bar cafe which served a good selection of food at a reasonable price. Great views from the room bar and spa"

"After reading all reviews I was apprehensive about the hotel but I don't regret booking here. Room was huge, great view, staff were soooo friendly and amazing. Great variety of food and some of them were amazing, other ones could improve. Sangria was excellent. Only negative thing was the Cocktails that can be better. Activities every night for kids and adults. Pool was great although the big one with the slides was with sea water, my kids didnt like that."

"Amazing staffs as always, the best hotel for Gay in Maspalomas for sure. Hotel is clean, super safe, very private and made so many friends this time. "The hotel is in a great location, over looking a beautiful harbour. The staff are all very friendly and check in was nice and easy. The appointment was large , spotlessly clean . With everything you needed to make our stay perfect. Very comfortable bed , good shower and the safe was included. No daily hire rate. Large balcony with an awning and great views. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. The bar was very nice , large choice of drinks and food . The food was very good , at good...
