"Nice staff clean hotel"

"The hotel has so much character and the 3 staff members working while we were there went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Guadix. "

" The room was clean and pleasant. However, The Female toilets in the Cafeteria area were not cleaned. I used them at 08.00am on the morning of 30th Sept and there were items of paper and other sanitary napkins on the floor. "

"We stayed in the upper tier called the "Level". The ease of having a refreshment and snacks (very nice tapas) plus the open access to the spa on return from the slopes makes this hotel very special. I will always try to stay at this hotel "If it is available". Book in advance. "

"The location is nicely situated next to the slopes and convenient for people who want to enjoy winter sports. Hotel also has its own parking onsite with free valet. The balcony overlooked the slopes but it would’ve been nice to have chairs out there to sit and enjoy the sun. It’s hard to justify paying steep prices to stay here because it feels as though you don’t get anything back for what you paid, unfortunately. Our room was incredibly dry and hot and there was nothing we could do except open...

"At no time was the reception manned and we needed to ring a bell or shout "hello". There was no information on breakfast and almost no guests. The hotel has a nice facade but is dark inside and there is next to no activities. To access the pool we were led through a garage and the pool was not clean. There were five sunbeds in a shape that was very bad. The person in the reception was kind and nice, but did not speak any English and as mentioned had to be called from somewhere inside the hotel....

"Very ornate hotel down a side street.I had researched parking and used free parking 10 minutes away.other wise the cost qas 10e a night.room was well equipped i would happily stasy there again."
