"The room was clean but the floor was full of dust that wasn’t very pleasant. The bed cover left so much loose hair on the bed. The bad quality bed cover. Apart from that everything was amazing. "

"Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. Very steep spiral staircase so not at all suitable for people with mobility issues or children. But absolutely brilliant for a group of youngsters. It was very windy and the window squeaking kept me awake all night, as did the chairs moving around on the balcony. Take earplugs - the bar right outside looked fun!"

We would definitely recommend this place and would love come back some day. Orgiva is a very friendly town. "We stayed in the upper tier called the "Level". The ease of having a refreshment and snacks (very nice tapas) plus the open access to the spa on return from the slopes makes this hotel very special. I will always try to stay at this hotel "If it is available". Book in advance. "
