"Convenient location. Not far from the airport - downtown - malls - etc... Front desk staff were a bit confused. I made my reservation through expedia. The front desk employee(s) didn't know what to charge me twice: once upon check-in and once upon check-out. They called me later when I was boarding my plane to inform me that I still owe the Hotel a small amount. They were (though) very polite and professional in their approach"

"My room My room was very clean, my housekeeping Nasir was excellent. I do not recommend the breakfast, personally it hurt my stomach. They served the same Indian food every day. In the USA, you don't eat main dishes very early for breakfast. I got sick to my stomach, the only thing I ate for breakfast every day was bread and cheese, coffee. But employees and managers are very kind. "

"We had a great experience staying here. The rooms are excellent and clean. The pool was under going maintenance so the hotel staff had arranged an alternative some 10 mins walk away or less than 5 mins by taxi for around 20 aed. We didn't mind the walk. The valet parking system although there to have better management of parking needs some work. In my opinion valet parking although free should still be an option rather than mandated. Overall a very pleasant experience. "

"Leyla, the Bhutanese girl and south Indian girl was a gem to work with. the hijabi lady unfortunately wasn't that receptive to my concerns. This is the place to be as old Dubai has all the best malls that have affordable prices . This is also the only part of Dubai that is fairly walkable . Mall right next door ! Gold souk , Bur Dubai all right there. Porters are helpful. Pool is a bit small . The breakfast is good but not the worth the price is you are buying it separately. Across the streets...
