"We were treated like family during our stay. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and we reserved a quadruple room. Room was very spacious with nice views of pyramids and new museum. Breakfast was excellent and every staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place 5 stars all around. "

"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "
