Eventually had to give up and have my driver find me a different place to stay where I paid like 5 times as much. DO NOT BOOK HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. Not even Expedia can get a response from them."

"This place was overall pretty great! Staff were so friendly and polite and upgraded our room to a pyramids view room for free. Great views on the rooftop lookoff, close to shops, restaurants and tourist activities. Only issue we had were Ubers sometimes unable to get to us due to traffic jams but it never prevented us from getting to where we needed to go. Would recommend!!"
