"Booked this for proximity to the Grand Egyptian museum and the pyramids. Room was upgraded which was lovely, but the thing that’s got the 5 stars is how amazing all the staff were, especially Alec. Also breakfast was unbelievable, way too much for me to eat, but I took the falafels and fruit with me both days for lunch. We will be back when the GEM opened the rest of the galleries, and I would book again. The roof terrace is fab."

"Staff in hotel were really good and freindly. Very helpful . We had a pyramid veiw room and view was fab. Room spacious enough but only had a shower in it which was ok for us. Breakfast limited as wasnt much fruits, or croissants as youd expect from continental. But overall its a great hotel in easy location from giza pyramids. Only a 5 mins walk to pyramids. Gave us water as we wanted, and treated is very well. We would stay here again and recommend to people. Only bad side is theres beggars all around area which does detract from area but not in hotels. Also lots of stray dogs and cats but they are all ok and leave people alone. The shop owners feed them and they are mostly well fed . "

"The property was great. The views were spectacular. Just know that is it about 1 hr away from cairo. We made the mistake of booking a dinner cruise for 3 hrs after we landed and it was not enough time to go to Giza and then back to Cairo. I didnt like that we had to change rooms the next day. It was a little inconvenient but both rooms had the views we asked for and the staff was really nice. Breakfast was pretty good. You get what you pay for. I would stay here again for the views alone. "

"I really enjoyed my stay, I was treated exceptional and having airport transportation both ways was a major plus as I arrived at 3AM and departed at 2AM and this was included in my hotel reservation at no additional cost. The area was safe and the staff made me feel like family. Ashraf, the front desk night manager, offered me food and refreshments upon my arrival, very attentive. Mahmoud was prompt and anticipated my needs when it came time to relax on the rooftop, with that amazing view of the pyramids. George was the hotel driver who went above and beyond helping me get a sim card for my cellphone. The chefs there spoiled me and made very delicious traditional dishes that are vegan friendly, fillled with flavor. They really take pride in thier food. The owner, Adam was onsite and a very kind man. I am a solo traveler that really appreciated the personal attention. larger hotels don't feel as welcoming. I will definitely return here, I feel like I made genuine connections. Five stars all the way!"

"Property was at great location, specially at sun set do not miss the roof top pyramid view. Fateh was great and he deserves a shout out for his great service and hospitality. If you are looking for something near pyramids then this is your hotel but if you are looking to stay longer then I wouldn’t as the property needs renovation. Thanks again for making our stay memorable."
