"Harrah's is not on the boardwalk which is a bonus if you want to avoid that flow of congestion. The downside, if you want to check out other venues, you need to take transportation. However, the property has everything you need to enjoy, so leaving is not necessary. Without mentioning other casinos, specifically longtime properties on the boardwalk, Harrah's doesn't look old and neglected. "It was the perfect weekend getaway. Great staff and overall location. I will say it is an oasis amongst the bleek economic state of Atlantic City. Loved the energy of this resort. I will say if you're looking for a place thats kids free this is not it. I still dont understand people bringing their kids to casinos. The smoking section is gross and wish they would pivot to competely smoke free indoors. There's plenty of places to go smoke. Overall, I would come back but not racing back. "
