"For us, the location was perfect and the view lovely. If you are seeking quiet, this isn't the spot for you. The front windows overlook a busy outdoor dining area - we heard "happy birthday" from a large crowd for hours one night. The kitchen window has the trash/recycling under it so you regularly hear very loud crashing noises that way. I knew it was near a restaurant, but didn't realise there would be dozens of people sitting right under the balcony! The bed is very firm and we literally...

"The B&B is basically a room block next door to the golf clubhouse, with a beautiful outlook. The highlight of our stay were the superb breakfasts and attentive staff member.
