Very attentive staff at all levels, though special shout out to Jessica in the restaurant who took great care of us. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Short walk into the center of Santa Elena. Short drive to almost all the Monteverde area's attractions. Great place to stay and would definitely return again."

"Over we had great time at the place. Great views and staff are friendly. Restaurant staff are okay as some of them are not friendly. The menu was not good and not many options. It is good to have a shuttle service to downtown for shopping, eating etc. staff are very nice and friendly. "
