"Loved the area"

"I stayed at this hotel for the Norikura HC event. The hotel prepared a very early breakfast for the visitors. It was very nice. But there was one thing that was disappointing. It was parking problem. When I checked-in, it was already full, so staff let me know 2nd/3rd parkings. But map was so complicated, that's why I tired to look for them. If the problem is releafed, I'd like to stay (at 2025 Norikura HC?) again."

(1) No bottled water provide (2) Poor customer service and poor English, you cannot communciate with them if you dont know Japanses. "Beautiful surroundings. Relaxing environment. Staff is beyond courteous and attentive. Food is excellent and abundant. Hot springs are scenic and reinvigorating. "

"It’s all about dogs there. Love how the Japanese love their furkids. Hygiene measures, dog runs, dog onsen with humans, dogs can access everywhere in this hotel, even the restaurants."

"We had a really relaxing stay here. For the price we paid, the food and service were exceptional. There were two private onsens that can be reserved, each with its own charm. Additionally, there is a bus stop right next to the ryokan, making this a convenient base for exploring the region. Would highly recommend it!"
