"Large room, very clean, great shower good food and wonderful staff. I booked through hotels.com then upgraded through hotels.com. The upgrade was amended in plenty of time. The upgrade wasnt passed on to the hotel. "

"Hotel is great, excellent value, but all around the area is ' under development' so there is noise ( Monday morning @ 0630) and boarding up and some graffiti. I think once its all done it will be great, I was there on business but if it was a couple / family not so great. That said, I think the ' feel ' of the bar , the staff etc may make it worth a try. "

"Stayed Friday and Saturday night. Good location as visiting Football ground and Pavillions for a concert. However room had a lovely view of a wall! Breakfast excellent in lovely breakfast room. Staff friendly."

"Great stay at Grosvenor -the staff were friendly and helpful at all times and the room was clean and comfortable , it looked like it has been fairly recently refurbished which was a bonus! The location so close to the Hoe and seafront and shopping areas was brilliant , we hope to make a return trip to hotel next time in plymouth!"
