"Staff are lovely and the building has some nice old touches. The bar area and restaurant are nice but the rooms although clean could do with some updating. I stayed ina standard room wich was functional and cleanly decorated but the bathroom was a little dated. I would stay again though."

I was surprised they didn't keep a few tables for residents. But there's plenty locally and it wasn't an issue. Friendly staff, plentiful parking, clean, warm. All good. "

It’s hard to judge a place on a quiet weeknight in November but we had a lovely stay. The room was lovely and clean with everything we needed.
