"The staff were very helpful, especially with my disability and room access, etc. It was quite noisy with slamming doors though and very hot as no A/C or fans, etc. It was the hottest day of the year though! Lovely breakfast and when I asked for veggie sausages they were very quickly produced too. Generally, it was a convenient location at a reasonable price for a business trip."

"Sturdy room and bed. Clean conditions. Good water supply in shower. No problems at check-in. Wifi was not free. A popup window asked for debit/credit card payment details. I'd rather walk to McDonald's and use free wifi there (without risking my card security). Please install electrical power sockets on the wall beside the bed. It was difficult to operate an alarm clock and phone on the bedside table (needing a long extension cord across the room). "
