"Great stay, perfect 1/10"

"Unfortunately had an issue with the first room as it had no t.v. Rang reception and the lady straight away with new room which was now a double two rooms away She left and said take your time. At reception she did say to have the two keys as sometimes they don’t work I tried both keys twice without success so returned to reception with my luggage in tow. Apologies and reset keys. Said if any issues phone from the phone near the lift which unfortunately I didn’t see and had to return to...

"The Novotel was lovely. I had an initial issue with my first room and Shakira on the desk very quickly moved me into another room. A better view on the back too. Be aware, if you are over 6ft3 you will struggle with the showers, as my head was just underneath it. Easily access off the motor way. Clean and tidy, with a great size room. Happily stay again. "

"Simple check in and out, wide breakfast variety, aircon however was noisy when on during the night, and the water pressure for the shower was not overly powerful. Easy to find and access. "

"Arrived early but early check in was £15 so we just left the bags with them and went out. Request for a room with a bath was met, which was wonderful. Toilet was seperste to bathroom which was strange but both were clean and the bed comfortable."

"Our stay was okay, the room was very cold and took a while to heat up and as we arrived late we would have appreciated an ambient temperature. We were in room 222 and there were blood stains beneath the shower on the floor? The breakfast was good. The leather seats in the lounge have seen better days there was a chuck of leather and foam stuffing out of one if them. The staff seemed nice."

"Lovely friendly hotel. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Room very clean. Bathroom and shower immaculate. I received maid service every day for the duration of my stay. Nice choice for breakfast. All food was hot and tasty. I would definitely stay here again. "
