"Great budget hotel for before/after a cruise out of Southampton. My room in the main building was comfortable with a modern bathroom, everything was clean and the staff were all friendly. Easy to get to on the public bus routes."

"My daughter (8) & i often go book a hotel stay to escape, and this is by far the top of our list now. Ive dropped a star for comfort only because the twin beds are too hard for me. Many prefer a hard bed so thats personal preferences really. The pool is beautiful and very clean along with the hottub the views of the garen are stunning. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Having a little chat with my daughter when ever she wanted to chat. They seemed to have time for us."

Check in and check out on point and when we asked for some towels we got them in minutes. I recommend this place without any doubt. "

"Room was nice but could do with a better clean mould by basket in shower and cobwebs by the light where the vanity desk. BUT it wouldn't stop me going back the staff were friendly and so was the owner overall for the price of the room, it was a good 2 night break."

"Weren’t shown to our room when we arrived, despite a very complicated route to the room. On our first night, we were woken up several times late in the evening by people around the property. I didn’t realise it was party environment when I booked. Staff could only say “sorry”."
