"Over the Easter weekend, it was completely chaotic and a bit too busy, especially at breakfast. But that's not the hotels fault. I have a nut allergy and it was far too busy to mention that so I stuck to toast, rather than giving them another job. As they were all very busy and everything was running out. Staff very understandable and co operative when I discussed the problem of husband not being well enough to leave room or able to eat and drink at the dining area. Was permitted to take food and drink up to our room and although they do not offer room service provided support with this. "
