"The water was not hot enough, did not like that they did not have spices, or basic pantry stocked with basic items to cook with. Seasonings, teas, coffee, creamers..ect.. the reason i booked was for the hot tub, but the water was to cold to enjoy. The kitchen was poorly stocked, for the price they want it lacked a lot of hospitality. The indoor pool looked like the 80s and we got locked out when we where in the hot tub. The indoor pool was coldish for being a heated pool. Overall overpiced for...

"Check-in was very vague. We were contacted via messenger on hotels.com instead of my email or phone. We didnt get it until we arrived at 18:00. There was no one at the security desk to let us in to the gate. Other than lack of communication in the beginning it was okay. Beautiful property nice and quiet. The pictures were not of the room we got...we thought we werr getting a loft style instead of apartment style. "
