"MY ROOM WAS SMALL, BUT IT WAD OK FOR ONE NIGHT IN MATSUMOTO. EVERYTHING WAS MAINTAINED WELL BUT NEEDS UPDATE. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. BREAKFAST WAS MEDIOCRE BUT WE PAID VERY LOW RATE SO COULD NOT EXPECT GOURME FOOD. WE RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL."

"We stayed in the older section and it is due for renovation. The toilet flush was the loudest I have ever heard. The masks on the walls show the need for paint. The dinner was good the breakfast buffet had a wide selection but none of it was outstanding."

"Nice solid hotel in great central location. Room was quite small and very firm mattress. Like the idea of eco friendly cleaning options - where you can select if you want your room to be fully cleaned or just bed made and towels changed to save water. Didn’t have a chance as stayed only one night but this is right approach! "
