"We stayed for one night during our anniversary weekend and had dinner in the hotel restaurant. Our dinners were unique to the restaurant and really delicious. The staff were all wonderful and welcoming, the room was clean and had what we needed. The history of the hotel is neat so if you like staying in places with a little history to it, this is definitely the place. "

"There was NOT one thing that could have made our stay better. We were celebrating our birthdays & “Tony” made sure it was a special stay. Tony gave us a delicious drink and a gift of chocolates. Our room was beautiful, comfortable & clean. The bathroom was big & spectacular. In the morning we had great coffee & there was a buffet of many different things to eat - a great variety, & everything was really good. "We didn’t realize this was so rural. But it was really only a short drive to a restaurant. We needed to leave early for a bicycle tour and they were so accommodating serving us breakfast very early. The room was pretty, clean and comfortable. Properly named as it did seem like home. "
