"23 Boutique is a beautiful property in Floriana (just outside Valletta). Its only about a 10 minute walk (we walk fast) to Valletta. 23 B is in a quiet neighborhood with a few dining options, small grocery stores and a coffee shop. Ryan and Mia are super helpful with tips for areas to visit, to dining in Valletta (thanks again Ryan and Mia!!!!). There is so much to see and do that is within walking distance. To summarize, great location, great property extremely helpful staff. I would recommend...

"The wifi did not work and there was no laundry as advertised. The room i stayed in had constant loud banging sounds from the room the table was broken and the bed frame also broken and scratched my leg causing it to bleed; but i was able to switch rooms the second day. The road one street down is under construction so no cars could get through to the actual location. The cleaning staff were very nice, about half the office staff were nice, the others were somewhat rude and annoyed to speak...

"I checked in quite late due to the ferry schedule. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. I had a small carry on luggage and had to climb a somewhat narrow spiral staircase to the third floor with it.
