Honestly I don’t understand how anyone could complain about anything. Yes, you do go through Starbucks to get to the elevator but so what? You are in old town of Valletta with old buildings, come on. For us -5 star experience! Hope we get to come back. Keep doing what you are doing you are doing it right! "

We were met with very pleasant greetings every morning from the staff in the breakfast room, who may I add were very helpful and knowledgeable about any trips we were about to take. Breakfast had very good options to choose from. All the staff, from the managers right through to the housekeeping staff were very polite and helpful.
