"Daughter and stayed at Park Heights for 4 nights, we had a wonderful stay! A day before our arrival, I was contacted by the staff to guide me with the self check in, as we were arriving late. "Our stay at Ellul Living was wonderful. The unit we stayed in was recently refurbished with top of the line kitchen appliances, a very comfortable bed with a large television and a great bathroom with shower. The location was perfect for us with a short, 10 walk to downtown Valletta along a beautiful, well lit pedestrian walkway. The area was safe and quiet. "The hosts were good at communicating ahead of time. When I arrived I was met promptly and shown a room different from my booking (3rd floor, not first floor). They then tried to charge me an additional and previously unmentioned cleaning fee (which I did not pay). The hot tub in the basement was not hot. It was an unheated tub of water, and while there were jets, there was no way to make it warm. This was my most expensive accommodation in Malta, and I choose it for the hot tub, so to discover...
