"It was a perfect location for me and my daughter. Room was clean and prefect size. Did not really see staff enough to interact with them- they have a self check in/ check out system and no phones in the room if you’re in need of help. Luckily our stay was uneventful, but not sure how to locate staff if needed Also, would be nice if they had a small Shop or vending machine with common items to purchase. "

"One of many stays at this hotel, The majority of staff are welcoming and friendly. Facilities have been adequate. But last room was getting to look a bit tired in the bathroom as the shower splash to easily onto the MDF skirting board, leaving flakey paint and swallow boards. Also the neighbouring room extractor fan sounded if it’s only a blade missing due to the bad vibration which resonated through the wall. The Spa is now looking in need of a major overhaul. "Parking can be difficult if you arrive late, despite a large car park, but it’s free, and I’ve always got a space with a little patience so can’t complain. Lift has been out of order for at least 4 months, but it’s only 2 storey so not the end of the world. Great staff, good breakfast. Clean. Quiet rooms."

"My first stay was very impressive and reasonably quiet considering the city centre location in the middle of swanseas night life. Everything you need within easy walking distance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was only there for one night playing in a weekend sporting competion. I deal for a covenient place to get your head down, nothing fancy it is what is. Highly recommended. "
