"Welcoming was great and staff are very polite. Rooms were okay but very outdated. Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. Paid extra for the breakfast but I wouldn't recommend it. Very limited breakfast and doesn't cater for majority of diets. Location was quite good as shops and markets were close by. "A modern style room which was clean and spacious (the bathroom is as large as the room itself!) Check in was swift and the staff were friendly and even decorated our room as an anniversary surprise. Location is very close to Cenang beach. I would highly recommend staying here. There are no lifts in this hotel, which may be an issue to some. However this was not an issue to us as we only had to climb one set of stairs to reach out room."
