"The staff was very accommodating, they allowed us to check in a couple hours early due to us having our little ones and it was a rainy day. The rooms were clean and the views were phenomenal from our room. I love the convenience of the hotel, walking distance from the cathedral, from various restaurants and major plazas."

"Second day water was not available. Went to advise the lady in the front regarding the water and she flat out lied stating the entire hotel was out when our friends and family had water. Just flat out inexcusable to lie. Never once apologized and when asked to speak to the manager she refused. It was the lady that’s upfront in the AM on a Tuesday. Just won’t recommend this hotel when visiting Paztcauro. Unfortunate ."
