Hotel was in a very nice location next to a shopping center with great food options. Very nice and clean. But front desk never informed that I had VIP access so I wasn't able to enjoy that perk.

Rooms was very small, it had a great view of the city but the windows were so dirty that you couldn’t take a nice picture. The sink didn’t have a plug. Everything looked modern but cheaply made. When we arrived no one came to the car to help with the luggage, even though they saw us they waited until we were at the reception.

I recently stayed at Fiesta Inn Amtozanoand while there were some drawbacks, the overall experience was positive. The room was impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me. The housekeeping staff clearly takes great care in maintaining the rooms. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. As a VIP guest, I was supposed to receive a complimentary beverage, but unfortunately, it never arrived. The room was smaller than I anticipated, and the layout wasn’t ideal—having the bathroom door directly facing the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work, which was inconvenient. I was also surprised to find that I was charged for parking, even though it was supposed to be complimentary. This felt like a bit of a letdown. Despite these issues, the cleanliness and the overall ambiance of the hotel were commendable. With a few adjustments, this could easily be a fantastic stay.

Place was very noisy. Slamming doors all night. Rooms were dirty and small. Configuration of room is terrible. They have the sink in the actual room 2 feet from the bed. The shower is in a hole. The only thing that separates the room from the shower is a glass door.

Lo único que me gustó fue que nos aflojaron en el piso Reward ese si lo note aunque nunca me lo dijeron. No me gustó que ahora te cobran el estacionamiento, entras con carro y si quieres salir debes pagar $23 por cada vez que salgas, la verdad no me gustó. Espero corrijan eso.
