It is an older property and because of that there are stairs to climb that are not quite standard and it is difficult to keep the historical features intact and make everything easily navigated. "Cute cabin. Owners are very kind and responsive to communication. We stayed here in a last minute sort of booking when we had to evacuate due to hurricane Helene. We would have been prepared for a lake house stay had we known we would end up at a lake house. Bringing fishing supplies as an example. They were understanding of our lack of preparedness and helped accommodate us and our pets. Nevertheless it was perfect for our needs.
